Even faster, even better: the Hauer APP
"The Hauer app is the elevatorshop for your pocket. It contains all the store functions and guides you quickly and efficiently to the spare part you are looking for," explains Petra Leonhardt, Managing Director of Hauer, and emphasizes: "We have comprehensively optimized the practical tool like our elevatorshop - with the aim of being very close to the customer and offering the best and simplest service. Almost twenty years ago, we pioneered the world's first smartphone spare parts database for elevators and escalators. This pioneering position is an obligation!"
What's new? In addition to an even faster and more convenient experience, the app now also includes the latest online store features such as:
- Photo function: Take a photo of the item you need, send it to Hauer - and we'll take care of the rest.
- Dimension assistant: This innovative feature clearly displays the dimensions of spare parts and makes it easy to select suggested products.
- Availability: Whether and when items are available is shown in the detailed view and in the shopping cart.
