You can reach our team by telephone Monday to Friday from 07:30 am to 5:00 pm - non-stop!

Orders of stocked articles that reach us by 4:30 pm will be dispatched on the same day.

Shipping

Shipment via UPS Standard

If you have no deviating shipment wishes, we always forward your delivery with UPS Standard. Delivery time for UPS Standard shipment is normally 1-2 work days.

Calculation of Shipment Costs via UPS Shipment

Costs for packaging and shipment of your order are calculated dependent n the weight or dimensional weight of the delivery ready for shipment and can therefore only be exactly defined when ready for delivery.  

For extended liability, from a value of goods of 510 EUR, we charge an additional rate of 0.45% (domestic shipping) or 0.96% (shipping abroad) of the declared value of goods in addition to the shipping costs mentioned.

Shipment via UPS on your Customer Number

We send goods via UPS and calculation of shipment cost is made directly via UPS onto your UPS customer account. Please inform us of your UPS customer number and the type of shipment you require. If you do not specify a type of shipment, we always select the lowest price type ‚UPS Standard‘ for you.

Other Forwarding Partners

On request we also send deliveries via other forwarding partners such as TNT or DHL. However, in such cases you must have your own customer account with the forwarding partner selected. Please inform us of the customer number of your forwarding partners and the type of shipment selected. If you do not specify a type of shipment, we always select the lowest price shipment for you

If your order includes items in stock as well as scheduled items, we can send you all items on stock as a partial delivery in advance, on request. 

Please read our order confirmation to see which articles are immediately available.

Please note that we charge shipment costs for the advance delivery and for the delivery of remaining articles.

To arrange partial delivery, please contact our Service Team on Tel: +49 (0) 721 94795 60. Please have the document number of our order confirmation available when calling.

After receiving your order, we send you an order confirmation by mail.

The order confirmation includes a list of all stock items. 
If an item is not in stock, the next possible delivery date is specified.

The delivery date for complete delivery of your order is specified below the last item in our order confirmation. 

Your order is collected into one shipment. Delivery is made immediately when all items are available.

Return

The return of defective, unused parts is possible within twenty days as of the date on our delivery note.

We charge a restocking charge of 15% of the value of goods in the case of returns which have not been made due to defective goods or fault on our part.
Shipment costs for returning parts are borne by the customer. After an inspection, these costs may be reimbursed depending on the respective result of the inspection.

Electronic components (e.g. boards) or components whose packaging seal is open, or other components for which perfect condition is not verifiable without considerable technical inspection work, are excluded from return.

The right to return expires for goods already used.

Goods which we have manufactured or procured for you on a consignment-related basis and/or in nonstandard quantities are also excluded from return.

  • Return all components belonging to the goods in full.
  • Pack the return carefully. The sender is liable for any damage caused by inadequate packaging.
  • Prepare the return shipment. We will not accept returns that are not prepaid.
  • Complete our returns form .
  • You will receive an RMA order from us by email, which you should print out and enclose with the goods.

Please note the following:

  • Return all components of the goods in complete form
  • Pack the returned parts carefully. The sender is liable for damage caused by incorrect packaging.
  • Make sure the return is post-paid. We do not accept any returns which have not been post-paid.
  • Please include a copy of our delivery note or invoice with your returned parts.
  • Fill in the returns form. If the returns form is not filled in, we cannot process your returned parts.

Payment

Invoice - In the case of purchase on account, you pay the total invoice amount within the payment target specified. Payment is made simply by bank transfer to the bank specified in the invoice.

The Hauer Spare Parts Catalog is available for you free of charge and non-binding.
Please order a separate copy for each service engineer.
