Our photo service is a convenient and efficient way to find the right spare part for your elevator. With our photo service, you can simply take photos of your elevator and the relevant parts and send them to us. Our customer service will use these pictures to identify the replacement part and offer you a tailored solution.
To use the photo service, please follow these simple steps:
- Take photos of the item from multiple angles: Capture photos of the part or component that needs to be replaced from various perspectives. This will give us a comprehensive view of the part and help us identify it better.
- Photograph the nameplate: The nameplate contains important information about your elevator, such as the model number or serial number. It is essential to photograph this plate clearly so that we can read the exact details.
- Photograph the measurements: Take photos that show the exact dimensions of the part. Measure the length, width, height, or other relevant dimensions of the part and ensure that the measurements are clearly visible.
Once you have taken the photos, please attach them to your email to us. Please note that the total size of the images should not exceed 10 MB.
Upon receiving your email, we will personally contact you to discuss the next steps.
